Dog gear should make routines easier. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, this page explains how to contact us and what information helps us resolve it faster.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging when possible.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after the return is received and reviewed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Items that may not be eligible

Used items, items with missing parts, final-sale items, gift cards, and products damaged by misuse may not qualify for return or refund. If you are unsure, contact us before sending anything back.

  2. Tell us what happened and which product is involved.
  3. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return instructions before shipping anything back.
