Your tracking email is the fastest way to follow your package from fulfillment to delivery. If something looks stalled, we are here to help.
Check your email
After shipment, we send tracking to the email used at checkout. Search your inbox for PupRovia if you do not see it right away.
Allow tracking time
Carrier tracking can take time to update after the first scan. A short delay after label creation is common.
Need help?
If tracking has not updated for several business days, email your order number and tracking link to info@puprovia.com.
